на талию 100см размер XXL как раз. ужимает хорошо, насчет поддержки не знаю, раньше никогда такие пояс а не использовал. три вставки жесткие. остальной пояс хорошо тянется. попробую его под нагрузкой, отпишу помогло или нет. описанию соответствует. брать можно
